After a decade of working for various mobile disc jockey companies in San Diego, Daniel Peterson started Disco Friend as a way to provide a high quality mobile disc jockey service to San Diego. By owning and running Disco Friend, Daniel Peterson has control over every aspect of his mobile disc jockey service: the sound, the lights, the music and the pre-event planning. This type of control was not attainable by working for other disc jockey companies, so at the end of 2002 Disco Friend was formed. The plan was very simple: make sure every show is a fun, memorable and unforgettable occasion. In addition to 14 years of mobile DJ experience, Daniel Peterson also brings years of club and radio mix-show abilities to all his events. His club experience allows him to bring in a certain club flavor to wedding dancefloors. Disco Friend is an active member of the ADJA (American Disc Jockey Association) and operates as a nationally insured disc jockey with R.V. Nuccio & Associates. Clients can rest assured that Disco Friend meets and exceeds all the professional standards required by these organizations at every Disco Friend event. A number of wedding receptions have benefitted from Daniel Peterson's bilingual announcing abilities. If needed, Daniel Peterson can provide announcements in both Spanish and English. Daniel Peterson has performed many bilingual events throughout the San Diego area and Baja California.
