Fun, informative announcements keep the guests excited about all the various stages and moments of the reception, enjoying the big day with the Bride and Groom all the way to the Last Dance. |

| Daniel was already using wireless speakers when he was quoted on the future of DJing the April 2006 issue of DJ Times Magazine. All DJs use a "main system" typically placed on the dancefloor. In addition to the this main system, Daniel uses an array of wireless speakers to enhance the effectiveness of announcements as well as the enjoyment of music and the toasts. Wireless speakers mean that there will be an even level of sound throughout your reception room, so that guests close to the dancefloor do not have to tolerate speakers at a louder volume that are trying to fill the entire room with sound. Wireless speakers also allow Daniel to provide sound for an adjacent Cocktail Hour area, making for an easy welcome of guests into the dining room as well as providing sound throughout the night for an outside bar. |

| For the main system on the dancefloor, DJ Daniel Peterson uses a real club-style sound system with speakers made of wood and powered by an external class-A amplifier. The other popular DJ models are plastic and use an internal lesser class-D amplifier. Instead of using one speaker to cover the full spectrum of sound, Daniel's main system uses both dedicated 18" subs to cover the low-end bass and dedicated tops to cover the detailed mid and high frequency sound range. To illustrate, the tweeter counts as the most critical, expensive and detail-oriented part of the speakers. Daniel's Electro-Voice QRX 12" tops use a 10 pound 3" tweeter, while the other popular speakers used have a 3 pound 1.75" tweeter. The quality is noticeable, and the enjoyment of a real sound system for the dancefloor is undeniable. These speakers deliver real sound: sizzling highs, detailed mids and punchy low-end bass. |
